Part 2 maps the Ger. front in Russia and shows food for troops being hauled in horse-drawn wagons, ferried across a river in small boats, and dropped from planes. Soldiers install telephone lines.
Part 3 maps the Ger. front in S. Russia and shows the Ger. attack on Dnieprosetrovsk. Ger. engrs. dynamite shells of bldgs. and workers clear rubble from Dnieprosetrovsk's streets. Shows oil refineries in Krivoi Roy.
Part 4, a Ger. officer reviews his troops and broadcasts to the people of captured Smolensk. Ger. motorized units advance and capture Tallinn. Shows destroyed and abandoned Russian war material and Tallinn's war ruins. Russian prisoners of war march to the rear.
