Summary: German captured film consists of three different parts, all pertaining to tests on Argus pulse Moter: 1) Interior scenes of static thrust tests, 2) first flight test with GO-145, ME-110 and DFS-230, 3) short scenes of V-1 Buzz Bomb with same Argus pulse Motor mounted on its rear part of fuselage.
Reel 2: ARGUS JET THRUST STACK: FIRST FLIGHT WITH GO-145 TYPE AIRCRAFT. 1) MS 3/4 FV of GO-145 aircraft parked in front of open hangar with the Argus jet thrust unit attached to bottom of its fuselage behind the permanently fixed landing gear. 2) MS same scene as a civilian climbs out of the open cockpit of the second aircraft. 3) ECU Argus jet unit as it is attached to underneath of GO-145 aircraft. 4) MS SV same aircraft as two civilians walk up to aircraft and examine the jet thrust stack. 5) MS small tractor pulls to rear of GO-145 aircraft and pulls it slowly past open hanger. 6) MS SV of GO-145 aircraft standing on open field, group of civilian workers raise the rear tail assembly of aircraft. 7) MS same scene, all civilians move away from aircraft as the Argus unit fires up and lets out long tongues of flame. 8) LS AUS of GO-145 flying over camera. 9) LS GO-145 taxiing towards camera, group of civilians stand by. 10) CU Argus jet thrust stacks mounted underneath front part of ME-11O fuselage. 11) MS 3/4 of same ME-110 parked on wet runway (shot during rain). 12) MS same aircraft taxiing L to R and taking off. 13) MS 3/4 AV of same ME-11O flying R to L. 14) MS ASV of same as Argus jet unit fires up and ME-11O passes camera ship with great speed R to L. 15) MS ASV ME-110 flying over a body of water L to R with the Argus jet unit in operation. 16) ACU 3/4 RV of sand aircraft. 17) MS RV of same sircraft flying low over field and pulling up sharply while a ground group of civilians observe. 18) MS AUS of same ME-110 L to R. 19) MS AGS of same aircraft flying in all directions low over airfield and hangars. 20) MS same aircraft landing on runway R to L as civilians and military personnel stand by. 21) CU of same ME-110 parked on wet runway, group of civilians and military personnel inspect aircraft and Argus jet thrust stack. 22) CU rear end of exhaust pipe as flames spurt out intermittently. (Area ground exhause stack is fenced in except of the opening for exhaust flames.) 23) MS 3/4 of the DFS-230 troop carrier glider parked on open field, group of people stand by its nose.(The Argus jet unit is attached to its large wing close to fuselage). 24) ECU Argus jet unit (front part is covered with screen). 25) ECU PS L to R of the whole Argus jet unit. 26) CU of the pilot standing in open greenhouse. 27) ECU front part of Argus jet unit showing the cover screen opening device and an unidentified gauge recording flow of jet fuel as a small hose is connected to it, runs alongside jet stack and inside aircraft. 28) ECU pilot inside greenhouse. 29) MS 3/4 ARV of same DFS-230 flying R to L over land with the two Argus jet units on (one under each wing). 30) MS same scene as DFS-230 flies over mountain peaks. 31) ACU SV of same. 32) MS AFV of same DFS-230 flying over land and cities as flames streak from the two jet attachments. 33) MS front, top side and other miscellaneous short aerial views of same aircraft flying in all directions, flames spouting from its two Argus jet units. 34) ALS RV of same DFS-230 flying away towards mountains.
