Meeting of Hitler with Petain, Laval and Franco inFrance, Oct 1941. Petain steps out of a car with Laval back of him. Petain meetsHitler. On a moving train, Hitler studies a map with officers seated by Goering,he laughs. At the Hendaye station, a Spanish train arrives; Franco steps out andgreets Hitler. They walk together to a meeting place.Franco returns to his train.

A visit to a camp near Minsk.Himmler inspects soldiers and confers with officers,drives about town, visits a farm where he picks up a sample of wheat, talks to afarm boy, sees a Russian tractor. Himmler drives by large modern apartment and someruins to visit a camp for war prisoners. Himmler talks to one prisoner, inspects the camp.
